Job Description :

Our client, a market-leading specialist hire company, is looking for a detail-oriented and solution-focused Project Coordinator (ideally with construction or engineering background) to bridge the gap between clients, engineers, and site teams. You will be a key figure in driving the successful completion of site projects, delivering complete client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison – Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth equipment delivery and installation.
  • Site Coordination – Oversee equipment arrival, check fit and function, and manage health & safety compliance.
  • Process Management – Handle projects end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Health & Safety – Maintain compliance with internal site policies and external client requirements.
  • Technical Collaboration – Work closely with engineers to resolve issues and optimise performance.
Ideal Candidate:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a site Project Coordination role, supporting a site team in a busy site office.
  • Exceptional communication skills, experienced in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear, efficient information.
  • Experienced in managing "moving parts" in a fast paced setting.
  • Organised and able to handle priortisation and multitasking with ease.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com or Microsoft Project).
  • Strong understanding of health and safety (IOSH or similar would be highly desirable.
Desirable attributes:
  • Construction site, or equipment hire experience.
  • CSCS card.
  • Project Management qualifications (Prince2/APM).
