Business Development Manager – Cultural and Commercial Attractions

Location – Fulham SW6

Salary – £40-45k

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our sales team and expand our client base within the UK. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong background in sales management or business development, particularly within client-facing roles. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and with a dotted line to the co-CEO in Amsterdam, this position offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in our growth strategy.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Recruit new cultural and commercial visitor attractions within the UK
  • Prospect and create target lists for potential clients.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels.
  • Organise and participate in online and offline events, tradeshows, congresses, and trade fairs.
  • Schedule meetings and write proposals to engage new clients.
  • Manage all activities within the company’s online databases.
  • Report progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to address business needs, offer solutions to problems, and undertake additional research tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales management or business development.
  • Proven track record in a client-facing role.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the UK.
