IT Programme Manager (Acquisitions)

Contract Length: 6-months+

Location: Hertfordshire | 2-3 days onsite

Day Rate: £750 Inside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Understanding Solutions are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead the IT transition and transformation of a recent acquisition. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless integration of IT systems, processes, and infrastructure while managing key stakeholders and vendors.

The IT Programme Manager will work closely with IT leadership, Finance, third-party suppliers, and key business units to deliver a successful acquisition programme. You'll oversee the transition of Oracle ERP (Oracle Billing, Inventory) ensuring alignment with business strategy and IT governance.

Experience Needed:

• Highly experienced IT Programme Manager with a strong background in M&A IT transitions.
• Previous experience working in large organisations and global offshore teams.
• Proven expertise in Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and Microsoft system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level engagement.
• Experience managing budgets, risks, governance, and vendor contracts.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
• Certifications in MSP, PRINCE2, or AgilePM are advantageous.
