Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this highly respected education provider, based in Marlborough, to recruit an experienced HR Operations Manager, for an initial 4-6 month FTC.
Managing the day to day running of HR operations, you will be at the heart of the organisation, overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Leading a team of six, ensuring work is carried out in an accurate and timely manner, whilst working effectively across HR and other teams, to create seamless processes and an excellent customer experience.
