Key Responsibilities:

    • Issuing Quotes: Collaborate closely with the Director and Team Leader to issue new maintenance quotes based on detailed information provided. Your keen attention to detail will ensure accuracy and promptness in every quote.
      • Follow-ups: Take the initiative to follow up on sales quotes, ensuring that potential clients are engaged and informed throughout the decision-making process.
        • Job Setup: Manage the setup of jobs that arise from new service contracts, ensuring all necessary details are communicated effectively to the team.
          • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to establish new ones. Your interpersonal skills will be key in fostering trust and rapport.
            • Contract Renewals: Assist team members with the contract renewal process as needed, ensuring smooth transitions and continued client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

              • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
              • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
              • The ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
              • A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
              • Prior experience in a similar administrative or sales support role is advantageous but not essential.
