Job Details:

• Job Title: Pharmacy Technician (Band 5) x5 required
• Location: NHS Hospital near Sheffield
• Duration: Up to 12 months (long-term contract)
• Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 9 AM - 5 PM (30 min lunch)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £17 - £21 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:

Join our client's team as a Locum Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting patient care. In this role, you will:? Conduct pharmaceutical assessments and dispense medications? Provide accurate checking services (ACT roles available)? Assist in ward-based clinical pharmacy services? Work alongside pharmacists and multidisciplinary teams? Ensure compliance with NHS policies and procedures

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:? A valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician? Experience in hospital or ward-based settings (preferred)? ACT/MMT accreditation (desirable but not essential)? Strong communication and teamwork skills? A commitment to high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This locum role offers flexibility, requiring availability from Monday to Friday with options for part-time or full-time work. The contract is up to 12 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs. Free parking is available on-site.
